S i2i does not target Services to be suitable for individuals under the age of thirteen (13) who are accordingly ineligible to use our Website and/or Services.

1. PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
To open a S-unno user account and use the Services, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, date of birth, and other personally identifiable information, which for some services may include your city and/or state and country, and telephone number in the case of S i2i for Mobile. S i2i uses such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will also have to download the software application.
Personal information of yours that we collect is for our own use only. S i2i expressly states that such personal information will never be sold, shared or otherwise disclosed to third parties for any purpose whatsoever.
S i2i’s use of your personal information is to provide you with :-
Information about S i2i products, Services and updates; and
Information that may be of interest to you.
S i2i provide information to you through e-mail or digital advertisements on the S-unno client application. Should you wish to stop receiving all or any of this information, you may do so at any time by sending us an e-mail to support@s-unno.com. However, you will not be able to opt out of receiving e-mails relating to information on your account status or Service-related matters nor advertisements on the client application.
Should you choose to correspond with us through e-mail, we may retain the content of your e-mails together with your e-mail address and our responses.
Credit Card Information. If you purchase a S i2i premium service through use of your credit card, we collect your credit card information for the use of processing payments only and not for any other purpose. We send all charge information to your credit card issuer.
Thid Party Information. If you initiate a telephone call or send an e-mail or SMS message to a third party, you will be providing us the third party’s contact information such as telephone number or e-mail address but these information will not be retained by us.
Telephone conversations. S i2i will never listen in or otherwise record or disclose your cconverstions or communications when you are using the services offered hereunder unless compelled to do so by a valid court order or otherwise required by applicable laws. S i2i, however, does maintain s log of your calls and SMS messages. Pleae refer to “Customer Proprietary Network Information”.
Text Chat records. S-unno offers each person signing up for the services the capability of keeping a text record of his txe chat session. You can configure your computer to “save” your text chat session by following the instructions on the FAQ guide on www. S-unno.com. Likewise, the other chatting party can chose to save the chat text. But there is no way for either chatting party to ascertain whether the other party is keeping a record of their text chat session. S i2i will never keep record of any text chat unless pursuant to a court Order. S i2i does keep records whether any text chat session took place.
An SMS message sent or received is never stored on S i2i’s servers ut a transaction record is saved for billing purposes. Copies of messages sent or received will be stored on your computer.
2. AGGREGATE INFORMATION
S i2i collects aggregate information pertaining to the use of our website, including but not limited to surveys, cookies as well as data mining technologies. We track such information as the number of visitors, duration of visits and how our site has been navigated. Information on general web usage is aggregate information rather than Private Individual Information (“PII”).
3. PROFILES
One of the ways we pay for services is through advertisements while you use our Services. We use all the information available to us to create profiles of our user base. Some information helps create the profile of an individual user while other information types may help provide the profile of our users in aggregate.
4. CUSTOMER PROPRIETARY NETWORK INFORMATION (“CPNI”)
S i2i maintains a record of your Sign-ins to the s-unno service and of calls each subscriber makes, including call origination number, call duration and time of call as well as account balance, among other information such as a log of text chat sessions and of SMS messages sent and received. S i2i will never disclose such CPNI to accomplish a task on S i2i’s behalf, in which case disclosure is subject to strict obligations of confidentiality.
