What’s happening and why? |

We’re changing our name to “S-unno” and look to highlight our new mobility initiative and to
celebrate the integration of our service with the global Spice brand. |

Do I have to do anything? |

Not a thing! Your existing MediaRing Talk account will work with our new platforms and dialing will
work just as it always has. When you launch your MediaRing Talk client after next Wednesday it
will update itself. |

Do I get any new features? |

We’ll be introducing a slew of new mobile clients including iPhone and Android as well as a number of features that enhance mobility. |

Will this name change affect my subscription/monthly plan? |

No, there are no changes to the plan. You will be able to continue your plan as it is and enjoy the same pricing too. |

I currently have prepaid balance on my MediaRing Talk account - what will happen to it? |

After the name change, you will be able to use your prepaid credit balance. Rates will remain the same. Lastly, you will be able to top-off / refill your account just like you did with MediaRing Talk. |
